Good hotel and budget friendly stay.. Property Has been Maintained Very Well and its connected with well approached roads.. . we stopped by after a long journey, there deluxe rooms are better then studio rooms,they don't have restaurant, i don't think its a problem, as many hotels are near by Eg like Paragon Restaurant (just Walkable Distance), ... Overall experience is good.. highly recommended for a short Stay..

Stayed here in March '17. They were renovating some of their rooms during time. We were two people, the room was OK for stay, there is no place to keep your luggage and no wardrobe. Room was maintained clean. Located at walk able distance from KSRTC bus station

We booked a suite at Metro Tourist Home, Calicut for night's stay and realised dat it was the worst choice ever made, there were rats in the room, it was disgusting and could not stay in that room for an extra minute. Did not expect this from a hotel like Metro in the city centre. They also are insensitive, and do not have a restaurant which makes it very difficult and inconvenient for a person new to a place to manage.

The CONs: 1. Ordered a "deluxe double room" of 26 square meters, got a mini room with a very small window (I had to argue to get a discount!) 2. It's on a very frequent road, so it's extremely noisy (traffic, buses, lorries, honking nonstop). 3. If the traffic outside does not bother you, the guests will. There was loud yelling and banging of doors until 2am and nobody from the hotel cared. 4. We found bedbugs in the room and asked to change the room - they changed the bed sheets. I got bedbug bites all over my arms (the hotel management denied having bedbugs; I hope they get to spend a night in the room). 5. Very run down and old furniture, especially in the bathroom. The PROs: there are not many to mention. Perhaps the courteous staff despite all the negative things.
